Madan Ahluwalia has a law degree from Punjabi University, Patiala (PB), India and has also studied in the U. S. He graduated from the San Francisco Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. He passed the California Bar Exam in November 1994 and immediately began his career as an attorney by going into private law practice. Community response was gratifying and overwhelming and Madan saw immediate success and results.

A desire to work first hand with clients and help those in need was the driving force behind his decision. As his experience grew, so did the practice. He slowly branched out from offering immigration advice to consulting and practicing civil litigation law and small business law and then to estate planning. Lately, he has been helping a lot of community members with foreclosure related issues (short sale, loan modification, lawsuits against lender, bankruptcy, etc.).
