Madan Ahluwalia, Esq, Managing Attorney

Madan Ahluwalia has a law degree from Punjabi University, Patiala (PB), India and has also studied in the U. S. He graduated from the San Francisco Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. He passed the California Bar Exam in November 1994 and immediately began his career as an attorney by going into private law practice. Community response was very positive and Madan was able to achieve immediate results for his clients.

What is the driving force behind his success on behalf of clients all over the bay area? His desire to work first hand with clients and help those most in need of legal consultation. As his experience grew, so did the practice. He slowly branched out from offering immigration advice to consulting and practicing civil litigation law and small business law and then to estate planning.

We understand the pain and frustration involved in legal cases. Divorce can cost a lot and can be very contentious. Ganette Genetti, Esq.

Attorney Ganette Genetti joined Ahluwalia Law P.C. as counsel in June 2010.  Ms. Genetti focuses her practice on civil litigation matters in the areas of real estate, business and family law matters, and has represented clients in residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters, eviction and foreclosure defense, consumer law, and partnership and corporate matters.

Ganette Genetti is a graduate of the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law, and recipient of the school’s Dean’s Achievement Award Scholarship.  Ms. Genetti received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and French from Arizona State University.  Ms. Genetti is a member of the San Francisco Rotary Club and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
